Reference Applications
VEE Wear comes with reference applications built on the Wear Services library. Use them as code examples and as a starting point for new applications. The source code of the samples is on GitHub: VEE Wear Samples.
System App
The System App implements the navigation of the watch: the watchface picker, the activity launcher, and the transitions between pages.
At startup, it registers its Navigator with ComponentService.setNavigator() (see Navigation).
All the samples include the System App, so that the user can navigate between them. To change the user experience of the watch, replace the System App with another navigator.

To run all the samples at once on the Simulator, run the runOnSimulator Gradle task of the wear-runAll-app project.
This project is for the Simulator only.
On the device, deploy each sample as a separate Feature.
On the Simulator:
To open an activity, press a button of the watch, then tap the activity icon in the activity launcher.
To return to the watchface, press a button again.
To change the watchface, long press the watchface, swipe to the new watchface, then tap it.
Facer Application
The Facer application is a watchface that renders Facer watch faces. It gives the watch access to the watch faces of the Facer store. It runs on the Kernel as a Feature, like the other applications, and appears in the watchface picker. See Facer Watch Faces.
