Community questions. The MicroEJ Forum is the best starting point for general questions. Search existing topics first; if none covers your issue, create a new one. MicroEJ engineers monitor the forum.

Customers. If you have a MicroEJ license or a support agreement, contact the MicroEJ support team directly.

Important

Do not report a suspected security vulnerability through the forum or any other public channel. Follow the Vulnerability Disclosure Policy.

What to Include in a Request

A complete request avoids a round trip and shortens the time to resolution. Include:

• What you expected, what happened instead, and the steps to reproduce the issue.

• The complete error message, build log, or stack trace, as text rather than a screenshot. Decode the stack trace of an application running on a device with the Stack Trace Reader.

• Your environment, following the example below.
