Welcome! Follow this step-by-step instructional guide to get started with MICROEJ SDK (Software Development Kit) and MICROEJ VEE (Virtual Execution Environment). Learn how to create apps and build a VEE Port by taking advantage of interactive tutorials and extensive technical documentation.

Important

The Getting Started guides are freely accessible. However, evaluating MicroEJ technology requires prior approval from MicroEJ. Before proceeding with the evaluation, please contact our support team to obtain the necessary credentials and configuration settings.

These VEE ports are ideal to evaluate MicroEJ’s technology. They include the latest versions of MicroEJ software components as much as possible. In case you cannot get hands on your desired starter kit, please contact us, we may help to find hardware for you.

  • NXP i.MX RT1170 Evaluation Kit

    Run MicroEJ applications on the i.MX RT1170 crossover MCU and its 720 x 1280 MIPI display. The VEE Port is based on FreeRTOS. It provides GPU-accelerated 2D and vector graphics (MicroUI, MicroVG), Ethernet and TLS networking, a file system on microSD, MicroAI, and optional Multi-Sandbox.

  • NXP i.MX 93 FRDM & EVK Boards

    Run MicroEJ applications on the i.MX 93 applications processor and an HDMI touch display. The VEE Port is based on a Yocto Linux image. It provides 2D graphics (MicroUI) on the Linux frame buffer or DRM, IPv4 and IPv6 networking with TLS, and access to the Linux file system.
